HINTON —
Class AA No. 7 Wyoming East (11-5) bounced back from a two-game losing streak with an impressive win over host Summers County Monday.
The Warriors broke open a four-point halftime lead, outscoring the Bobcats 47-28 in the second half to secure the win.
Wyoming East placed four players in double figures, led by Christian Hedinger with 18 points. Brett Bowling added 15 points, Austin Canada 14 and Josh Tunstalle 11.
TaRon Ayers led the Bobcats with a game-high 21 points and Josh Graham had 10.
Summers County travels to Class AA No. 1 Bluefield today, while Wyoming East hosts Shady Spring.
