Boys basketball: Webster County 93, Roane County 64

UPPER GLADE — Led by a school-record 49 points from Brett Morris, the Class AA No. 7 Webster County Highlanders rolled past Class AA No. 8 Roane County.

Morris was also dominant on the glass with 16 rebounds to go along with eight blocks on the career night.

Hunter Given added 14 points for the Highlanders.

Roane County was led by Tyler Harper and Jacob Neal with 20 points apiece.

Webster County (10-2) hosts Liberty Thursday.
