ROUNDUP: Snodgress fans 16 in Tiger sweep

Katie Snodgress struck out 16 batters as the Tigers took a doubleheader at Flying Eagle Park.

Snodgress had 7 strikeouts and no walks in the win over Parkersburg.  She also drove in four RBIs. Sierra Richmond, Alexis Coalson, Autumn Kauff and Morgan Hylton added two hits apiece.

Shady scored four runs in the fifth to put away Woodrow. Allexis Coalson led the way with four hits, while MacKenzie Milam had three and Michelle Snodgress and Hylton each had two hits. Katie Snodgress pitched the last three innings, striking out nine of 10 batters.

The Tigers host Mount View at 5:30 p.m. today.
