CLEAR FORK — Deonta Joplin rushed for two touchdowns to lead the Mingo Central Miners past Westside 22-8 for their third straight win.

Mike Mullens scored for Westside on a 70-yard touchdown pass from Larry Cook Jr., and finished the night with 117 yards on the ground.

Westside (1-3) travels to Coal City next Friday to face the Independence Patriots.
