Girls basketball: Greenbrier East 72, Man 37

FAIRLEA — Class AAA No. 1 Greenbrier East rolled out to a 36-16 lead in the first half and cruised to their 19th victory of the season.

Bianca Andre led the Lady Spartans with 17 points, while Elizabeth Romeo and Chaunte McDowell added nine points apiece.

Summer Sword led the Lady Hillbillies with a double-double, 10 points and 11 rebounds.

Greenbrier East (19-0) hosts Musselman tonight for senior night.
