Boys: Nicholas County 81, Richwood 62

RICHWOOD — Jared Tharp blistered the nets for a game-high 31 points to lead Nicholas County past county rival Richwood.

Eric Peyatt and Cody McClung added 16 points apiece for the Grizzlies and Andrew Ray scored nine.

Ben Weber led the Lumberjacks with 20 points. Ryan Bennett scored 17 and Zach Bennett had 13.

Richwood travels to Tug Valley tonight.
