Donald Moore, the man suspected in the shooting death of James Williams, 42, of Artie, during a September altercation outside Hillbilly Tavern in Rock Creek appeared in court this week.
Probable cause to bind the case over to the grand jury was found during a preliminary hearing Tuesday in Raleigh County Magistrate Court.
Moore, 46, of Naoma, was remanded to Southern Regional Jail.
