Firefighters spent several hours just after 1 a.m. Monday, battling a fully engulfed structure fire on Lance Lane in Cool Ridge, the Raleigh County Emergency Operations Center reported.
The scene was not cleared until 4:21 a.m. Monday, dispatch said.
Ghent, Beaver and Coal City fire departments responded to the scene.
The 911 dispatcher said the West Virginia fire marshal was alerted through the Arson Hot Line and is investigating the structure fire.
No injuries were reported.
