Abandoned house burns in Rhodell

Firefighters from three Raleigh County fire departments were on the scene of an abandoned house fire on Coal City Road in Rhodell Friday evening.

The fire was reported around 7:40 p.m., a supervisor at the Emergency Operations Center said.

Rhodell, Coal City, and Sophia Area Fire Departments were still on the scene at press time.

No other information was available.
