Staci Hartshorn, a volunteer with AmeriCorps, helps children enrolled in the Energy Express program at Coal City Elementary School on a project. AmeriCorps members from Cranberry-Prosperity, Bradley and Coal City elementary schools are coming together to do community service in the form of a blood drive. In conjunction with the American Red Cross and FEMA the drive, will be at the Crab Orchard Baptist Church July 20 from 1-6 p.m.
