Mandy Hale, author of “The Single Woman,” will be at The Greenbrier this weekend.
Hale found herself running from a toxic relationship not too long ago. Instead of leaving her broken, she emerged with strength to become what 600,000+ Twitter followers — including Sherri Shepherd, Nicholas Sparks and Paris Hilton — unmistakably recognize her as today: The Single WomanTM.
Fresh from the release of her highly anticipated survival guide of sorts, Hale is encouraging women everywhere to take the word “single” back from those who attach negative connotations to it.
“Love is a beautiful, wonderful, and even sacred thing, but until it arrives, shouldn’t we give ourselves permission to thrive?” Mandy asks. “Happy is still happy, with or without the ever after.”
Appearing for two days at The Greenbrier, guests will get the chance to meet Hale, attend a reading from her new book, and have their books signed. Hale will make some of her favorite holiday recipes Sunday at The Greenbrier Gourmet before hosting a second signing.
