Fayette County lists grand jury indictments

Fayette County has released the names of people indicted by the January term of the grand jury.

The following individuals are to report at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 22, before Fayette County Circuit Judge Paul M. Blake Jr., for arraignment.

n Darrell A. Adkins, possession of an unauthorized access device with intent to commit a fraud.

n Rebecca A. Adkins, forgery, six counts; uttering, six counts.

n Tina Ford, forgery, six counts, uttering, six counts.

n Jason G. Burnett, fleeing from an officer in a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; second-offense driving under the influence of alcohol; second-offense driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol.

n Bobby R. Clendenin, breaking and entering; grand larceny.

n Hayden J. Dixon, malicious assault.

n Hayden J. Dixon, robbery in the first degree; malicious assault.

n Robert D. England, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

n Jeremy D. Hensley, forgery of a credit card; computer fraud.

n Brittany S. Lynch, forgery of a credit card; computer fraud.

n Derrick W. Lynch, forgery of a credit card; computer fraud.

n Jeffrey D. Johnson, grand larceny.

n Jeffrey D. Johnson, fraudulent schemes.

n Tara A. Johnson, grand larceny.

n Tara A. Johnson, fraudulent schemes.

n Keelan R. Meadows, third-offense domestic battery.

n Ricky L. Morrison, third-offense driving under the influence of alcohol by driving with blood alcohol concentration of eight hundredths of one percent or more, by weight; third-offense driving under the influence of alcohol; third-offense driving while license revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol; driving while license revoked; failure to stop.

n Holly M. Nady, transferring stolen property.

n Daniel V. Pancake Sr., attempted murder; malicious assault.

n Raymond D. Pauley, breaking and entering, seven counts; petit larceny, seven counts.
