Lester Police Chief Dustin Boggs, accused of bribery in official and political matters, was released on bail Monday, according to a Raleigh County Magistrate Court clerk.
Boggs had turned himself in to the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office Thursday.
His bond was set at $3,000 by Magistrate Rick Jones.
