Man charged with sexual abuse of 13-year-old

A Lewisburg man is accused of four sex crimes that city police say involved a 13-year-old child.

Charles Fink Jr., 32, was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian and two counts of third-degree sexual abuse.

The charges involve a 13-year-old child, police said. Fink was arraigned before Greenbrier County Magistrate Brenda Smith and released on $15,000 bond.

Detective Cpl. J.A. Vance conducted the investigation and made the arrest.
