Three charged with selling stolen items

Greenbrier County sheriff’s deputies say they recovered more than $5,000 worth of stolen jewelry, tools, computer equipment and a generator from a residence in Marfrance and from two individuals in Quinwood.

The items had been stolen from a residence on Ball Diamond Road in Orient Hill, the sheriff’s office said.

Ragen Blair Adkins, 30, and Owen Otis Adkins II, 26, both of Quinwood, and Jeffrey Andrew Boothe, 21, of Charmco, were arrested this week on charges of transferring stolen property, the sheriff’s office said. They allegedly received the stolen items and sold them to at least four different individuals.

Ragen Adkins and Boothe were still being held Thursday at Southern Regional Jail. Owen Adkins, no relation to Ragen Adkins, was released on bond.
