Five defendants appeared Monday for sentencing by Nicholas County Circuit Judge Gary Johnson.
Sara Marie Ferguson of Summersville was sentenced to the Anthony Correctional Center for youthful offenders after Johnson suspended two one-to-five-year terms for conspiracy to commit a robbery and conspiracy to commit false reporting concerning bombs or other explosive devices.
Etta Marie Webster of Craigsville received a one-to-15-year term for delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.
Maynard Paul Bailey of Summersville was sentenced to one to five years for delivery of hydrocodone.
Brandon Dale Simmons of Craigsville received a one-to-five-year sentence for delivery of a schedule III narcotic. Simmons’ sentence will run concurrently with a sentence he is currently serving.
Mickey Lane Radcliff of Richwood was sentenced to one to five years for delivery of a controlled substance.
All defendants were ordered to pay court costs and fees within 24 months of release.
