Greenbrier County authorities say they seized more than $6,000 in oxycodone during a warrant search that led to two arrests Thursday.
James “Mike” Yancey, 51, and Karen Sue Yancey, 42, both of Rupert, were arrested on non-specified warrants obtained by the Greenbrier County Drug Task Force, according to the county sheriff’s department.
Authorities said the search warrant served at the Yanceys’ Rupert home was obtained after numerous controlled buys targeting the two suspects and an eight-month investigation.
State troopers and Greenbrier County deputies assisted with the search warrant execution.
