Entries for the West Virginia South writing and photography contest sponsored by Mountain State University are still being reviewed.
“We had planned to announce contest winners by now, but unfortunately, we’ve been slightly delayed,” explained Audrey Stanton, the magazine’s director of operations. “The good news is that part of that delay has to do with the fact that we received so many entries. We want to be sure and consider each one fairly.”
Publication dates for the winners are still on schedule, but winners will not be named in The Register-Herald until Friday, Nov. 13.
