Three men who allegedly robbed a pizza delivery driver at gunpoint, taking both cash and food, remain at-large, police said.
Just after midnight Sunday, a Beckley Papa John’s Pizza delivery driver was called to Crossroads Apartments in Bradley, Raleigh County sheriff’s Sgt. Larry Lilly said. The driver was told to meet the caller in front of the apartments’ main office.
The driver encountered three male suspects and at least one pointed a handgun at the driver, Lilly said. The suspects demanded money and took the driver’s cash, three pizzas, one order of wings and a two-liter bottle of pop.
Lilly said detectives are working to get better suspect descriptions.
