Man flown to hospital after motorcycle wreck
Fayette County officials say a man on a 1997 Harley Davidson motorcycle crashed on W.Va. 41 in Prince around 11:58 a.m. Wednesday.
Ernest Woolwine, 56, of Coal City, is believed to have lost control when he slowed to make a turn, according to Sheriff Steve Kessler. That caused the motorcycle to turn over.
Woolwine was flown to a Charleston hospital via HealthNet.
Sheriff’s Sgt. J.W. Fitzwater is investigating. The Danese and Mount Hope fire departments assisted.
