Migration Celebration, a festival of West Virginia’s wild birds and our natural heritage, will be hosted from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at Little Beaver Park.
Live birds of prey, including a bald eagle, will be at the festival, as well as a photography workshop, bird and bug walks, storytelling and much more.
The festival, hosted by Three Rivers Avian Center, is free of charge and a fun activity for the whole family.
Displays and activities are sponsored by Three Rivers Avian Center, “Granny Sue,” Steve Rotsch, West Virginia Division of Natural Resources Wildlife Diversity Program and West Virginia Department of Agriculture’s Insect Survey.
