Will you be able to join your colleagues in wearing jeans to work next week?
You can if: a, your company, school or organization registers with the United Way of Southern West Virginia and b, you pay the small fee that entitles you to dress down Oct. 15-19.
Denim for a Difference is a fundraiser for the United Way of Southern West Virginia.
For as little as $5, you will be able to wear jeans to work one day next week. Pay $10 and you get a three-day pass. For $15 you can wear your jeans to work all week Oct. 15-19.
You get to be comfortable and the United Way gets bucks toward its $500,000 fundraising goal. It’s a win-win.
The United Way uses the money to fund the 32 nonprofit community organizations is supports in Raleigh, Fayette, Summers, Nicholas and Wyoming counties.
