Summers grand jury returns indictments

HINTON — Summers County grand jurors recently returned indictments against 14 individuals:

Shawn Anderson, 35, of Talcott, one count of first-degree robbery.

Thomas Biars, age unlisted, of Hinton, four counts each of forgery and uttering.

Derek Cole, 30, of Nimitz, one count of grand larceny.

Ralph Crawford, 22, of Beaver, one count each of burglary and petit larceny.

Tyrone Drew, 29, of Beaver, one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Cindy Edwards, 46, of Forest Hill, one count of destruction of property.

Joseph Ellison, 40, of Hinton, one count each of forgery, conspiracy to commit forgery and conspiracy to commit uttering.

Christopher Gill, 37, of Beaver, one count of third offense domestic battery.

Roger Hurley, 32, of Jumping Branch,  one count of grand larceny.

Amy Lemon, 36, of Hinton, one count each of forgery, uttering and conspiracy to commit forgery.

James Martin, 53, of Forest Hill, one count of destruction of property.

Jonathan Matthew Ward, 36, of Hinton, one count of grand larceny.

Sharon Whelan, 64, of Hinton, two counts of forgery and one count of uttering.

Cassondra Wood, 23, of Hinton, one count of accessory before the fact to first-degree robbery.
