Volunteers sought to help park cars for Scouts

— Anyone want to do their part to make the Boy Scout Jamboree a success? Volunteers are needed to donate time during the July 15-24 event to help manage the 80-acre parking area off of U.S. 19 at Bradley Crossing on the seven days the Jamboree is open to the public.

Most days the event will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The exception is Saturday when the Jamboree opens at noon and Sunday when it will close at 8 p.m.

Anyone who donates at lease six hours of volunteer service will receive a one-day pass to be used any day they are not working, except for July 20.

Individuals and groups are needed. For information or to sign up, call 304-890-4733 or e-mail hutchinson03@frontier.com
