BECKLEY —
Ocean Bay Seafood is open and ready for business, bringing a taste of the ocean to Beckley residents.
Located in the old Shoney’s building on Robert C. Byrd Drive, owner Tasos Gogos opened his new restaurant Dec. 4.
A restaurant by the same name used to be located in Wytheville and he said many of his customers were actually from the Beckley area.
He said he’s happy for his restaurant to have a new home and he thanks everyone who made his business successful there.
Daily specials will be offered Tuesday through Thursday and Sunday.
Ocean Bay’s motto is “If it’s good, tell your friends. If it is not, tell us.”
Gogos promises quality food at a reasonable price and says to make sure you’re hungry when you come to Ocean Bay.
Ocean Bay is open from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, from 1 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
