BECKLEY —
Morgan’s Food and Spirits celebrated Super Bowl Sunday with food and drink specials, prizes and giveaways, and lots of fun.
Located beside the Quality Inn on Harper Road, Morgan’s has been in town for 35 years and the manager, Verna, said they host a Super Bowl party every year.
“The turnout is usually great. We have 35-cent wings and lots of giveaways,” she said.
Balloons were filled up around the room with tickets for giveaways, such as a free night’s stay at Quality Inn. During the commercials, the balloons were popped and a lucky winner could score a prize.
Most of the fans at Morgan’s were sporting San Francisco 49ers apparel, but Verna said everyone was welcome to stop by and join in the fun.
