Monroe County Prosecuting Attorney Justin R. St. Clair reports that 17 indictments were returned by the Monroe County Grand Jury for the January 2013 term of the Monroe County Circuit Court alleging that 21 individuals committed 35 felony offenses and six misdemeanor offenses.
The age listed is from their age in 2012.
The indictees are:
- Arica L. Anderson, 27, 400 Monroe Ave., Ronceverte, robbery in the 1st degree; conspiracy to commit a felony offense: robbery in the 1st degree.
- Keith M. Anderson, 40, P.O. Box 612, Peterstown, possession of a firearm on premises of an educational facility.
- Anthony Blankenship, 38, P.O. Box 281, Ronceverte, daytime burglary; grand larceny; conspiracy to commit a felony offense: grand larceny.
- Freddy D. Bostic, 36, P.O. Box 161, Ronceverte, conspiracy to commit a felony offense: uttering a forged instrument.
- Billy O. Capaldo, 30, Rt. 4 Box 112, Union, driving while license revoked for DUI, 3rd or subsequent offense; operating a motor vehicle with no liability insurance.
- Jerry W. Combs Jr., 36, 6071 Beeson Road, Beeson, uttering a forged instrument; conspiracy to commit a felony offense: uttering a forged instrument.
- Aaron D. Green, 21, 198 Tall Oak Lane, Gap Mills, grand larceny.
- Timothy R. Gregory, 101 S. Eisenhower Drive, Beckley, forgery; conspiracy to commit a felony offense: uttering a forged instrument.
- Sherri L. Hale, 30, 101 S. Eisenhower Drive, Beckley, forgery; conspiracy to commit a felony offense: uttering a forged instrument.
- Brandon C. Hughes, 22, 703 Hansbarger Road, Peterstown, grand larceny; conspiracy to commit a felony offense: grand larceny.
- Nora L. Jones, 37, P.O. Box 87, Peterstown, burglary; domestic battery; destruction of property.
- Paul D. Martin, 59, 166 Old Bridge Road, Ripplemead, Va., failure to register as a sex offender.
- Ora C. Matics, 31, RR 1 Box 15-I, Alderson, malicious assault.
- John H. McMiller, 29, 1509 S 24th Street, Riviera Beach, Fla. failure to appear.
- Michael J. Moore, 285 Greenbrier Estates Lewisburg, accessory to daytime burglary; grand larceny; conspiracy to commit a felony offense: grand larceny.
- Mark A. Mullins, 46, Rt. 1 Box 63-A2, Lindside, burglary (2 counts); petit larceny (2 counts).
- Devin Phillips, 105 Quarry Street, Beckley, sexual assault in the 2nd degree.
- Lindsey M. Preston, HC 77 Box 406, Ballard, Robbery in the 1st degree; conspiracy to commit a felony offense: robbery in the 1st degree; breaking and entering; attempted petit larceny.
- James R. Sullivan, 40, Rt. 2 Box 282-D, Peterstown, failure to appear.
- Donald W. Weikle, Rt. 1 Box 171 B, Lindside,; malicious assault.
- Deborah Yates, 31, P.O. Box 281, Ronceverte, daytime burglary; grand larceny; conspiracy to commit a felony offense: grand larceny.
