From Staff Reports
West Virginia Executive magazine has named two area businessmen among its 2013 Young Guns.
Coy Flowers, partner at Greenbrier Physicians Inc. in Lewisburg, and Christopher Vaught, president and CEO of Vaught Inc. in Beckley, were among 10 honored as new Young Guns Class of 2013 at the annual reception at the Governor’s Mansion in Charleston.
The Young Guns awards were created in 1999 by the magazine. Each year a new class of Young Guns is selected, and members are chosen based on the success they have achieved in their industry with special consideration to community involvement.
This year’s event sponsors for the inaugural reception were Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Greater Bridgeport CVB and Adventures on the Gorge.
Nominations for this honor are accepted throughout the year. New members are selected each September.
