FAIRLEA — The Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Fairlea man after he allegedly robbed a woman at gunpoint Sunday.

Chief Deputy Bruce Sloan said Terry “T.J.” Patterson, 21, was arrested Sunday at a motel in Fairlea where he was staying.

He is accused of putting what the victim believes was a gun to her head in a parking lot behind CVS Pharmacy, asking for money and then striking her in the back of the head.

Sloan said the victim did not sustain any serious injuries. Patterson is charged with armed robbery and is being housed in Southern Regional Jail on $50,000 bond.
