Monroe jury returns indictments

The Monroe County grand jury has returned the following indictments for the September term of court.

Ages listed reflect the age of those indicted or the age they will be on their birthday in 2012. Indicted were:

James Arles Alexander, 56, 21 Red Door Lane, Lot 3, Peterstown; driving under the influence of alcohol, 3rd or subsequent offense; driving while license revoked for DUI; driving while license suspended/revoked non-DUI
