State Police have identified the victim of a Monroe County murder as Patricia “Michelle” Sinclair, 39, of White Sulphur Springs.
Sinclair’s body was discovered Friday in a creek in the Hollywood area of the county, Sgt. D.B. Rogers said.
Police have charged Alberto Raul Castillo, 44, with the murder.
No bond has been set for Castillo and he remains at Southern Regional Jail, Rogers said. Castillo now awaits a preliminary hearing to determine if there is enough evidence to present the case to a grand jury.
Trooper J.E. Davis is the lead investigator in the case.
