Labor talks scheduled for Monday between The Greenbrier hotel and the Council of Labor Unions were canceled, officials said.
Both parties confirmed to The Register-Herald that Monday’s meeting was mutually canceled; however, no specific reason was given. November marks the 13th month that The Greenbrier and labor union officials have been unsuccessful in coming to terms for a five-year collective bargaining agreement for more than 1,100 employees.
Resort officials said three meeting dates have been set for November thus far.
