Man indicted for dealing firearms without a license

A Summersville man was indicted Tuesday by a federal grand jury in Beckley for allegedly dealing firearms without a license,

Randy Edwards, 39, is alleged to have dealt firearms in the Summersville and Mount Lookout areas from about January 2004 to April 2008.

If convicted, Edwards faces five years in prison with three years’ supervised release and a fine of $250,000.
