A man’s body found Friday inside a pickup truck near Slab Fork has been identified as Alex Lopez of Sophia, according to State Police.
The body of the 71-year-old Lopez was found in a remote area between Slab Fork and Ury. Police and firefighters had to use logging roads to access the location.
