Sexual assaults top Nicholas County grand jury indictments

SUMMERSVILLE — A Nicholas County grand jury has returned three indictments containing charges of sexual assault and sexual abuse.
Robert Kisner Jr., 31, of Dixie, was indicted on a charge of third-degree sexual assault. He is accused of having sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old female in August 2006.
Matthew Allen Stout, 25, of Craigsville, was indicted on 20 counts of sexual abuse and assault. He is accused of having sexual contact with a minor from June through November 2007.
Paul Jenkins, 45, of Summersville, was indicted on a charge of first-degree sexual abuse. He is accused of having sexual contact with a juvenile in February 2002. Jenkins is currently serving a prison sentence on a sexual abuse plea entered in July 2006.
Others indicted were:
Jeremy Lane Lewis, 36, of Leivasy, first-degree robbery, wanton endangerment involving a firearm and assault during the commission of a felony.
Donald Samples, 52, of Gauley Bridge, abuse of an elder person and misdemeanor domestic battery.
Myreda Carol Forga, 35, of Nettie, conspiracy to commit forgery and forgery. She is accused of acting with John Forga in April 2005 to forge a deed of trust.
John A. Forga, 42, of Nettie, two counts of uttering, forgery and conspiracy to commit forgery. He is accused of acting with Myreda Carol Forga to forge and then record a deed of trust.
Kenneth Joseph Russell, 30, of Nettie, attempting to transfer stolen property.
Christopher Graham, 23, of Strange Creek, attempted daytime burglary, daytime burglary, petit larceny, breaking and entering and grand larceny.
Michelle Fletcher, 23, of Calvin, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
John Whitley IV, 37, of Summersville, use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor, attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab and conspiracy to manufacture meth.
Fabian Don Cottrill, 22, of Gilboa, burglary.
Ivy Michelle Hamm, 36, of Summersville, two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
Thomas Caufield, 25, of Richwood, obtaining goods or money by using a fraudulent scheme.
Frederick Bucklew II, 32, of Summersville, destruction of property, second-offense battery on a police officer, assault of a police officer and battery.
Kelly Miller, aka Kelly Sears, a direct indictment on two counts obtaining a controlled substance
by fraud.
Bruce Wade McClung II, 19, of Craigsville, and Randall Mussellman, 19, of Summersville, two counts each of breaking and entering and petit larceny.
Rudolph Pishner, 74, of Mount Nebo, three counts of third-offense driving with a revoked license and second-offense driving under the influence of alcohol.
Eric Cotton Snuffer, 30, of South Charleston, six counts of forgery of a credit card.
Charles Adkins, a direct indictment on two counts of holding or using a fraudulent registration plate or card, displaying a falsified inspection sticker and operating a vehicle without insurance.
Jack Woodson Boley, a direct indictment for breaking and entering and petit larceny.
