What happens to money seized in drug busts?

I would like to know what goes with the money when a drug bust is made? The $570,000 they got in Wyoming County, who gets it. And the drugs, where do they go?

We hear about the bust when it happens, but we never hear where the money goes.

I think it should be put back in the county to help the elders. They work all their lives, and end up with nothing. A lot of them go to bed hungry because of paying for the medical care. They don’t have enough to buy food. And unless you haven’t got anything you can’t get food stamps.

Food stamps are a very good thing, but a lot of young people should have to work, if they are able, providing they can find a job.

When we die out, and the young ones are “our tomorrow,” God help us!
