Regarding UMWA miners, Patriot Coal

This is to all the UMWA miners in this mess with Patriot Coal. Cecil Roberts was a UMWA member working in the mines.

You will have to go back to the old days, he knows what we done to settle every thing. Shut down all coal, union and non-union. And if you have to, shut down the power plants.

Cecil Roberts knows he was there with us and if he won’t do this again, get someone that will. You have to show the judge and law that UMWA settles its owns things that comes with mining coal, and everybody else stay out. Show all them that are in office, who put them in there, and the UMWA can take them out.

I am a UMWA member for over 60 years and still pay my dues.
