Customer service alive at Walgreens

We live in an age where customer service seems to have flown out the window. Most times you can’t find someone to assist you. A lot of times the employees act like they don’t even want to be there.

But let me publicly thank Walgreens at the corner of Ragland Road and Robert C. Byrd Drive. Every time I walk in the door, I am greeted by a smiling employee. And the people who work in the pharmacy department go out of their way to help you any way they can. They answer any question you have and you can call them any time you have a problem.

Customer service may be dying in most stores, but at Walgreens it’s alive and well.
