HUNTINGTON — Huntington police say a man who was kicked out of a bar returned with a gun and began shooting before he was fatally shot by an employee.

During the exchange of gunfire early Friday, three people suffered gunshot wounds. They were hospitalized.

The Herald-Dispatch (http://bit.ly/1jWBtpu) reports that the shooting at Shoop’s Bar followed the gunman’s altercation with a woman, getting him tossed from the establishment.

Police said a bar worker had a concealed weapon and returned the gunman’s fire, killing him. The worker is being questioned.

Police said the three injured by gunfire do not have life-threatening injuries.
