BLACKSBURG, Va. — Mountain State Academy 5-0 to win the Gateway Christian Invitational over the weekend.
In the championship Mountain State beat host Gateway 80-49 behind 25 points from Kofi Mensa, who was named the tournament MVP.
Seven-footer Milos Jerotijevic added 13 points, including three three-pointers. He had 10 treys in the five games.
D.J. Georgieviski added 11 points in the title game.
MSU Academy (5-0) will face Shenandoah Valley in New Market, Virginia Monday. The Falcons play at home Nov. 27.
