Revival planned at Calvary Assembly of God

— Evangelist Tim Todd, the president of Revival Fires International, headquartered in West Monroe, La., will conduct revival services at Calvary Assembly of God March 23-26.

Todd has conducted evangelistic crusades across America and around the world and has distributed more than 1.5 million copies of the popular Truth for Youth Bible to teenagers who agree to give them to their friends in school.

He is the publisher/designer of the Truth for Youth that consists of the entire New Testament combined with 100 pages of full color comics.

Truth for Youth will be given to every teenager attending the revival services at Calvary Assembly of God.

Distribution of the Truth for Youth meshes with Todd’s national efforts to restore religious freedoms in public school.

In June 1995, Todd delivered in excess of 1 million signatures calling on the U.S. Congress to restore voluntary prayer and Bible reading back to America's public schools.

Todd has distributed over 2.5 million Bibles to Russian public school students since September 1991.

Todd was asked by the minister of education, who oversees the Russian school system, to assist in providing Bibles as textbooks in their public schools.

Revival Fires has provided more than 200,000 Bibles for U.S. troops serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, distributed by Command Chaplain Brian K. Waite. He said, “As a result of distributing the Bibles that Revival Fires provided, I saw 60 combat-hardened men come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Revival Fires truly has become a genuine hero in the war on terror.”

Todd has made it a top priority to equip every soldier defending our nation’s freedom with the Word of God.

Todd grew up in the ministry of his father, Dr. Cecil Todd, and has crammed a lot of life experiences into a brief span which qualifies him for unique ministry to the entire family.
