Appalachian District of West Virginia Garden Club Inc. were recently entertained by JoAnn Peterson of Kingwood, a presenter with the West Virginia Humanities Council History Alive! program.
Peterson performed as Jenny Lind, the Swedish Nightingale, on Oct. 20 at First Baptist Church, Beckley.
