Carnegie Hall seeking teaching proposals


— Carnegie Hall is looking for instructors for its Fall 2013 Class & Workshop Series. Teaching artists or skilled trades people interested in teaching a class (multiple meetings) or workshop (one-day event) on any subject are invited to submit a proposal.

Classes are taught at Carnegie Hall during the days, evenings or on Saturdays during the fall. The Fall 2013 Class and Workshop Series will offer classes from September through December 2013. Carnegie Hall has facilities for teaching music, dance, cooking, weaving, clay, art and more. Teachers are encouraged to submit proposals for any art-related topic. New instructors and new class offerings are being sought for their fall education program. Pay is based on the number of students who enroll in each class.

The proposal form is available on the Carne-gie Hall website www. carnegiehallwv.org, and at its main office, 105 Church St., Lewisburg. The deadline for submitting proposals is Friday, June 7.
