Set Free Ministries expanding television outreach

— Pastor, teacher, evangelist Randy Carter of Set Free Ministries announced that they are expanding their television outreach to now include more of southern West Virginia effective this Sunday. The expanded outreach will now cover an additional 11 counties reaching the entire Beckley, Bluefield, Lewisburg and Tazewell, Va., areas on the CW network airing at 6:30 a.m.

Since July 2011, Carter has been preaching the message of the cross and evangelizing throughout southern West Virginia, eastern Kentucky and southwestern Ohio on the CW network airing at 8 a.m. Sundays.

Carter said the televised messages not only touch the homes, but also reach into the nursing homes, senior centers, hospital rooms and even prisons with the message of hope, love, forgiveness and restoration to many who are forgotten or who have given up hope. “I was sick and ye visited me, when I was in prison, you came to me...” Mark 16:15 KJV.

While employed full-time with American Fidelity, Carter’s first love is to reach a lost and dying world with God’s word.

“When we get a letter from a prisoner who now has hope, or a shut-in who is not able to get out to church, but say they are blessed by the ministry preaching; it is worth it all,” to bring the truth of the word of God. “And you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:32 KJV.
