Davis leads Tulane past Marshall, 91-75

NEW ORLEANS — Josh Davis recorded his 12th double-double of the season as Tulane snapped a two-game losing streak by beating Marshall 91-75 Wednesday night in a Conference USA contest.

Davis had 23 points and 12 rebounds and was supported by 19 points from Ricky Tarrant and 16 from Kendall Timmons for the Green Wave (15-8, 3-5).

Marshall (10-13, 3-5) dropped to 0-8 on the road this season.

DeAndre Kane had a double-double for the Thundering Herd with 14 points and 11 assists — he entered sixth in the NCAA with 7.2 assists per game. Dennis Tinnon added 13 points and 12 rebounds while Elijah Pittman had 23 points.
