Pies and Pints will open in Morgantown

FAYETTEVILLE — Pies and Pints pizzeria, a Fayetteville original, will launch its fourth location in early 2013, according to the restaurant’s Twitter feed.

The new pizzeria in Morgantown will open at Suncrest Towne Center.

The Pies and Pints location in Fayetteville is owned by Kim Shingledecker and David Bailey.

In October 2011, the two signed an agreement with investors who planned to franchise the restaurant throughout the region.

A Charleston location opened as a prototype for future franchises and to grow the Pies and Pints brand.

This fall, a location in Worthington, Ohio, opened at The Shops at Worthington Place.

“There’s no geographical area that we wouldn’t consider (for a franchise) if the conditions were right and we had the right location and people combination,” Shingledecker told The Register-Herald in a past interview.
