Lewisburg store celebrating 10 years

Serenity Now Outfitters, located in historic downtown Lewisburg, will hold its 10-year anniversary party Friday from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on the downtown greenspace area at the corner of U.S. 60 and 219.

Other activities include a demonstration by poi artist Emily Benedict Coleman, Patrick O’Flaherty, a multi-instrumentalist singing in both traditional Gaelic and Celtic, and Serenity Now Outfitters’ Craig Miller doing fly fishing demonstrations.

Greenbrier Valley Theatre (GVT) will stop by for a brief presentation of “The Night Thoreau Spent in Jail.”

Catering will be provided by The Bakery on Court Street.

The event is free.
