Beckley Rejuvenation Center at Southern ARH Clinic in hosts Business After Hours

Their official working day was over Thursday, but staff from the Rejuvenation Center at Southern ARH Clinic in Beckley didn’t head for home. Instead, they hosted this month’s Business After Hours event.

Organized by the Beckley-Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce, the special event is held for current and prospective chamber members as an opportunity to network and mingle with other area business owners.

“It’s a great way to catch up with what’s going on in the business community in a relaxed social atmosphere,” said BRCCC President/CEO Ellen Taylor.

The event, which has been held in different forms for more than 20 years, typically boasts no formal program, but rather lets attendees mingle with one another and get to know the host business, which in Thursday night’s case was the newly established Rejuvenation Center.

Spa Associate Lisa Massey said that the 10-month-old medical spa chose to host the event as a way to further get its name out and established in the community.

Staffed by seasoned dermatologist Don Clark, M.D., and Licensed Nurse Practitioner Tammy King, Massey explained that the medical spa offers all clients and patients a free medical consultation before procedures.

The spa offers a full line of lasers, including hair removal, color tattoo removal and other services like Botox, Juvederm, fillers, Glo therapeutic facials, skincare products, and a newly acquired skin rejuvenation system that tightens skin and even helps correct stretch marks.

Massey said that all new clients get a 20 percent discount on their first visit. The Rejuvenation Center is located at the ARH Southern West Virginia Clinic on Stanaford Road in Beckley. Business hours are from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday.
