Panera Bread ready for grand opening at Eisenhower spot

BECKLEY — Panera Bread is gearing up for its grand opening Tuesday at 6 a.m. and special offers will be available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for dine-in customers.

Project manager Derrick Mason said starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday, the first 500 customers who purchase a coffee will receive a free mug, along with two weeks of free refills.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, dine-in customers who purchase a “You Pick Two” will receive a $5 gift card for their next purchase.

Those gift cards come loaded with an extra value — $1 from each of the $5 gift cards redeemed between Aug. 6 and Aug. 20 will be donated to the United Way of Southern West Virginia.

Breakfast sandwiches and egg soufflés will be half price from 6 to 11 a.m. Thursday.

Mason said Panera Bread has seen great success in southern West Virginia and they are excited to now be a part of Beckley.

“It’s a great opportunity for us.”

Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
