Flanagan certified as Litigation Management Professional

Attorney Victor Flanagan, an owner of the law firm of Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown and Poe, recently completed The Litigation Management Institute at Columbia Law School in New York and was awarded the designation of Certified Litigation Management Professional.

The institute is the first certification program specifically designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the business of litigation management. The three-day program is designed to bridge the gap between legal theory and litigation strategy, and the business aspects of litigation management.

The institute is produced by The Claims Management Alliance and accepted just 106 participants from six countries.

Flanagan was also recently recognized by Martindale-Hubbell for maintaining the AV Preeminent Rating for 2014, Martindale-Hubbell's highest possible rating for both ethical standards and legal ability. Flanagan was first recognized with the AV rating in 2012.

Flanagan was managing partner of Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown and Poe for 12 years and currently focuses his practice in litigation throughout West Virginia. His firm employs 53 attorneys with offices in Beckley, Charleston, Morgantown and Martinsburg.

Flanagan is currently the chairman of the Beckley-Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce.
